Barwinkowa Góra (721 m), also called Barwinkowa, is a peak in the main ridge of the Spišské Pieniny, east of the Prze¾la Pass. It is covered with forest, but there are open areas on parts of the southern slopes and at the top, offering views of the Tatras and Zamagurze. The name of the mountain is derived from the common periwinkle plant, which occurs here in quite large numbers.
