The granary located in Łapsze Niżne has been adapted for use as a museum of sacred and folk art. Kalwaria Spiska, on the other hand, refers to the Stations of the Cross located on one of the Łapsze mountains, which were completed in 2007. In addition to these, the entire calvary also includes a chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the Tomb of God. For the past 17 years, it has brought together believers on the first Sunday of each month for a shared experience of the Stations of the Cross.
History encapsulated in objects
In the Łapszański granary, you can find objects such as chalices, vestments, and old registers, including records of baptisms, weddings, and deaths from the years 1742-1805, as well as everyday objects: a sideboard, a coffee table, a chest, a cradle, and a wardrobe.
The hard work of human hands…
The parishioners of Łapsz Niżne demonstrated their dedication during the creation of the Spisz Calvary, crafting a 9-meter wooden cross, a chapel dedicated to the Mother of God, and a rosary on the meadow, as well as the entrance gate to the Calvary.

The dedication of Spišská Kalvária
On June 2nd, 2007, the opening and dedication of Spišská Kalvária took place, officiated by Bishop Józef Guzdek in the presence of Father Józef Tarnawski, the Provincial of the Piarist Order.

The historic granary in Łapsze Niżne serves as a Regional Chamber and a Parish Museum.
