The Promenade is the main pedestrian and bicycle path connecting the lower and upper Szczawnica. It starts at the lower station of the PKL Palenica cableway, then runs along both banks of the Grajcarek river to end at the place of its tributary to the Dunajec river. The Promenade is divided into two parts: a pedestrian and bike route located on the left bank of the Grajcarek and a wide relaxation promenade on the right.

In the section between the outdoor gym and the sports fields there is a small spring with drinking water. The water flowing from here is not classified as medicinal, but it is a fact that it has a lot of iron, as a rusty residue remains at the bottom after boiling it in a kettle.
Bridges
Along the promenade, there are 5 bridges allowing seamless movement between the promenade and the pedestrian and cycle path. Each structure has its own name (Bridge of the Flisaki, Bridge of Lovers...) and is beautifully decorated with flowers in summer.
Bicycles
During the summer, there are several bicycle and scooter rental shops along the promenade, which offer tourist and performance equipment. The promenade has an extensive cycling infrastructure: the Velo Dunajec route runs through it and it is in the immediate vicinity of the Palenica bike park.
Winter
And in winter, the Promenade is also a great place to relax. The frozen Grajcarek creates a unique atmosphere and makes staying there pleasant despite the cold. Moreover, in the vicinity of the Promenade, there is the Ski Arena Palenica and ski equipment rentals.
