Ustrzyki Górne is a key tourist hub in the Połonina mountain range, serving as the main starting point for trails leading to the highest peaks of the Bieszczady Mountains, such as Tarnica and Połonina Caryńska. This former Boyko village now functions as the administrative center of the Bieszczady National Park and an important base for the Mountain Rescue Service (GOPR).
