Połonina Caryńska is one of the most popular mountain ranges in the Western Bieszczady, distinguished by its four peaks, the highest of which – Kruhly Wierch – reaches 1297 meters above sea level. Its name comes from the former village of Caryńskie, and historically, this area was an important center for animal grazing, which contributed to the formation of the characteristic high-mountain meadows. Today, this place delights tourists with its expansive views of Tarnica and Połonina Wetlińska, as well as its unique nature, which is protected within the Bieszczady National Park, through which the Main Beskid Trail runs, among other trails.
