Wyżna Pass is one of the most important tourist attractions in the Bieszczady Mountains, marking a natural border between the Wetlińska Range and the Dział. A provincial road runs through it, making it an easily accessible viewpoint and a popular hub for hiking trails leading to the highest parts of the mountains. This place is notable for the presence of monuments dedicated to the poet Jerzy Harasymowicz and the victims of the mountains.
