Czertezik is a long and narrow peak that borders Czerteż (774 m) to the west and a pass leading to Sokolica to the southeast. Its southern slope is steep and rocky in places. It descends towards the Dunajec River and the deep valley of the Pieniński Potok stream, which separates the Pieninki mountains from the Trzy Korony massif.

The terrace at Czertezik offers a unique view, providing a direct perspective of the Dunajec River as it winds its way just before the summit.

A scenic trail
Not for those with a fear of heights! Near Czertezik, the trail towards Trzy Korony splits into a side trail and a trail that runs along exposed cliffs.
