Explore Place
Czertezik is a long and narrow peak, which neighbours Czerteż (774 m) to the west and the pass to the south-east with Sokolica. The southern slope is steep, rocky in places. It slopes down to the Dunajec River and the deep valley of the Pieniński Brook separating the Pieninki from the Three Crowns Massif.
View of the Dunajec River
The terrace on Czertezik presents a unique view in the form of a direct confrontation with the Dunajec River, which curves just before the summit.
