Bereśnik is a peak in the Radziejowa Range, almost entirely covered in forest, except for the southern slopes that descend towards Szczawnica. Located high up (up to 800 meters above sea level) are the buildings belonging to the Języki and Węglarzyska settlements, which are part of Szczawnica.
Yellow trail
A yellow hiking trail runs alongside the peaks. This trail bypasses the very summit of Bereśnik, leading through the pass between it and Cieluszki.
Views
From the mountain hut’s location, you can enjoy beautiful views of Szczawnica, the Lesser and Greater Pieniny mountains, and the Tatra Mountains.

“On the southern slope, near the yellow hiking trail, there is a PTTK mountain hut called “Bacówka pod Bereśnikiem”.”
