Jawornik is a wooded peak in the Border Ridge of the Western Bieszczady Mountains, located on the border between Poland and Slovakia. This place is historically significant as the site of fierce battles during World War I, as evidenced by the remnants of old trenches that have been preserved in the area around the ridge. A blue-marked hiking trail runs through the peak, offering opportunities to experience the unspoiled nature and hike along the main watershed of the Carpathian Mountains.
