Grandeus is an elongated, treeless hill in the village of Łapsze Wyżne. It is the southernmost hill in the Spiš Pieniny range. It is located on the northern side of the built-up area of Łapsze Wyżne. It has the form of a ridge extending from west to east. The southern slope of the hill descends into the valley of the Łapszanka River in Łapsze Wyżne and the small valley of its tributary – the Śmietaniak stream. This is somewhat surprising, as from here there is a beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains, the Pieniny Mountains, and the Gorce Mountains, and the horizon is pleasantly undulating. The trail leading to Grandeus is very easy; you won’t find any steep climbs, and you can reach the top in just fifteen minutes.

At various stages of the hike to this point, we will have the opportunity to admire peaks such as Babia Góra, the Pieniny mountain range, and finally, the Tatra Mountains.

It runs from Dursztyn to the top of Grandeus, and it takes only 30 minutes to complete.
